How do your products fit?
Our products are true to size unless otherwise stated.
Some special collections may feature an oversized fit, which will be clearly mentioned in the product description. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment.
Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During sales or promotions, please allow 7–13 business days due to high volume.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address.
If the package ships and is returned to us, you’ll need to pay a reshipment fee.
If it is not returned, we are not responsible and cannot issue a refund.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
Please reach out to your shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
What if I received the wrong or defective item?
If you received the wrong item or your item is defective, we’ll gladly exchange it.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, including photos and your order number.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
All sales are final unless the item arrived defective or broken.
However, local customers may exchange in person at our showroom within 10 days of the order date.
The item must be unworn and in original condition.
