Refund & Exchange Policy

At Money Dept, we’re committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our updated policy below:

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Item Received

  • Defective or Damaged Item

To request an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

In-Person Exchanges (Local Customers Only)

If your item doesn’t fall under the categories above (i.e. it’s not incorrect or defective), all sales are final.

However, local customers may exchange their item in person at our showroom — but it must be within 10 days of your order date.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for any exchange.

  • Exchanges will not be processed without prior contact through our support team.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
