Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging before the order is handed off to the carrier.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume events, processing may take up to 12–15 business days due to increased order volume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times as our team works carefully to ensure each order meets our quality standards.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, as each carrier provides its own estimated delivery window and cost.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.

If the order has already shipped:

  • If the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply.

  • If the package is not returned, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or replacement, as this is outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully delivered.

If you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or open an investigation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • Orders placed during limited drops or special releases may take longer to fulfill.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
